IngredientsThis is so easy and yet very impressive when having guests over or to take to a dinner party!
- 2 heads of Belgium Endive leaves pealed off
- Large handful of pecan halves
- Fresh blue cheese
- Arrange the endive leaves on a nice platter
- Put fresh blue cheese in each leaf
- Then top with pecan halves as seen in photo
- Optional: A tiny drizzle of some Brianna Poppyseed dressing (it will be very tasty without it so don't feel obligated to use it)
