Belgium Endive Blue Cheese Appetiser

Ingredients

This is so easy and yet very impressive when having guests over or to take to a dinner party!
  • 2 heads of Belgium Endive leaves pealed off
  • Large handful of pecan halves
  • Fresh blue cheese

Directions

  • Arrange the endive leaves on a nice platter
  • Put fresh blue cheese in each leaf
  • Then top with pecan halves as seen in photo
  • Optional: A tiny drizzle of some Brianna Poppyseed dressing  (it will be very tasty without it so don't feel obligated to use it)
