DirectionsThere are a couple of easy methods to cooking spaghetti squash.
- You can put it in the microwave after poking once and cook for 1 min. on high so it is easier to cut, then cut it in half lengthwise, scoop out the stringy stuff & seeds, then place meat skin side up on a baking sheet and bake in a 350 degree oven for about 25 mins. or so. Then scrape the spaghetti strands out with a fork. OR
- You can either skip the micro. or not, then slice the squash into rounds about 2 inces thick, take out the inside and then place the circles on a baking sheet and bake until tender. Then you can just peel the skin off the outside
